These and other customized services can be combined into a seasonal contract program for a fixed fee, or provided as needed on a time and materials basis.
Irrigation Services
Land Designs by Ellison fields the largest and most experienced irrigation team in the Colorado Mountains. We offer a complete array of services including:
- System Start-up and Winterization
- Routine Adjustments, Problem Diagnosis and Repair
- System Evaluation, Design and Installation of Improvements
- Water Feature Maintenance and Repair
Irrigation services are generally provided as needed on a time and materials basis.
Planting and Renovation Services
For smaller projects that require a less formal design process and simpler construction techniques, our renovations staff will evaluate your needs and design and install new flower beds, shrub beds, trees and smaller landscape elements in your existing landscape. The same team of award-winning designers will revitalize tired, existing perennial flower beds to fit your taste or fill your beds with additional perennials or annual color.
Planting and renovation services are custom designed in full consultation with the client and installed for a fixed fee based on an accepted renovation proposal.
